• By using PickMySeat, you agree to these terms
• If you do not agree, do not use the service

2. Use of Service

• PickMySeat is a prediction tool based on historical TNEA data. Results are probabilistic, not guaranteed.
• You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the platform

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• One account per user. Multiple accounts may be suspended.

4. Payment Terms

• Premium access is a one-time payment of ₹149
• Payments are non-refundable once prediction access is granted
• In case of payment failure, contact support@pickmyseat.in

5. Disclaimer

• Predictions are based on historical TNEA allotment data and are not a guarantee of admission
• PickMySeat is not affiliated with TNEA or Anna University
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on predictions from this platform

6. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time
• Continued use after changes implies acceptance
